Reservations are available at a special rate until March 14, 2026. Afterwards, rooms will be open through the hotel’s general inventory. Please note that room availability at these special rates is limited, so early reservations are recommended. The Fairmont Banff Springs permits cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date. A full non-refundable deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a full stay penalty.
*Please select your check-in date as April 13, 2026, and your check-out date as April 15, 2026, if you’re planning to stay for two nights for the Summit. All attendees are welcome to book their stay anytime between April 9 and April 19, 2026, as long as reservations are available.*
