If you’re attending the Methane Leadership Summit 2025 on April 15 and 16, 2025 and plan to stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, you can make your hotel room reservation by using the link provided above or by calling 1-833-762-6866. For attendees planning on calling the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel directly, please mention that you are attending the “Methane Leadership Summit 2025 at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel” to ensure that the concierge team can adequately assist you.
Reservations within the group block will be accepted until March 14, 2025. After this date, PTAC’s group rate will no longer apply.
Private Experiences
If you plan to stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs and would like to book a private experience with the hotel, the concierge team can assist you. All guests who book their private experiences before October 2024 with the Fairmont Banff Springs are eligible for a 10% discount. Group Surcharge
Please note that the Fairmont Banff Springs will charge a mandatory additional $16.00 CAD per person, plus applicable taxes, daily Group Surcharge that is not included in applicable room rates. This daily Group Surcharge covers porterage, business centre access, wireless guest room internet, fitness centre access, complimentary PressReader (online access to international newspapers and magazines) and select resort activities. The Fairmont Banff Springs retains all daily fees and does not distribute any portion of them as wages, tips, or gratuities to hotel staff. The hotel will post the daily group surcharge, plus applicable taxes, in the same billing arrangements manner as requested for applicable room and tax charges. This surcharge may change from time to time without notice.
Individual Reservations
Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations and should identify themselves as being with your group, PTAC 2025, for ease of booking. To make your reservation, you may call the hotel’s Reservations Department at 1-833-762-6866 or 403-762-6866, the Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-441-1414, or use an online GroupMAX booking link. To guarantee your reservation, you must use a major credit card.
The Fairmont Banff Springs will accept cancellation of individual reservations made up to 30 days prior to program arrival (March 14, 2025). Any reservation cancellations made after this date, no-shows, and/or early departure will be charged 100% of the applicable reservation room and tax charges, including any non-refundable reservation deposits taken, will be retained by the hotel. For clarity, any charges for reservation cancellations, no-shows, and/or early departures will be included in any calculations under the Cancellation and Attrition Policies section(s).
